Shipping Information

We ship to all counties within the Republic of Ireland. At this time, we cannot ship items outside Ireland. As of October 2020, due to an increase in demand, please allow 3-5 working days for your order to be dispatched in Ireland.

Delivery charge is €4.95 per order.

We use a courier company for shipping and a signature may be required on delivery.  We do our best to dispatch your order within 1-3 working days from receipt of your online order, providing all items are in stock when we come to pick. Please allow 3-4 days for delivery to allow for weekends, bank holidays, and occasional mishaps.

Our online team works Monday - Friday, 10am – 5.30pm. Orders placed on weekends will be processed first thing on Monday morning. If we are out of stock of an item on your order, but are expecting it to be delivered within 2-3 working days, we will hold your order until we have that item back in stock. In this instance, we will email you to let you know what is happening. If you decide not to persist with your order, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.

If your order is very urgent, please call us on 021 481 0110 or email us at sales@healthhubstore.com. Express delivery is often possible if the items are all in stock but there may be an additional charge for this.

As part of our green commitment, we try to avoid using excess plastics and cardboard where possible. We re-use boxes, bubble wrap, and paper packaging from our suppliers as much as we can.

If your items have been damaged during shipping, please contact us on 01 481 0110 or sales@healthhubstore.com and we will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
